    To succeed in this role, you must understand the emotional and developmental disabilities of the people you serve. You will be trained to use proper interventions and approaches while helping our participants with their daily needs.


    As a direct support professional, you will:

    • Provide direct care and supervision for participants with disabilities related to activities, outings, personal cares, lunch, and transportation
    • Contribute to the overall health, safety, and welfare of those we serve
    • Ensure focus on person centered goals
    • Complete essential paperwork
    • Participate in team building and attends team meetings
    • Complete required trainings





    To be considered for this job, you must meet the following requirements:

    • Be 18 years or older
    • Have a High school diploma, or equivalent
    • Have a valid Wisconsin Driver's license
    • Have an acceptable driving record per company insurance guidelines
    • Previous work experience preferred


    • Salary is based on experience and education
    • All full-time employees of Paragon Community Services are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including:
